
I tried Daisy Keech’s Quarantine Bubble Butt workout for 30 days!
Before

Day1(2021/7/16) Hard work.
Day2(2021/7/18) Hard work. Tireing.
Before the training I took amino VITAL which helps me from exhaustion.
After the training I had WHEY protein.
Day3(2021/7/21) I skipped 2 days. whoops. But I’m glad I didn’t give up on this! I think I can use resistant band next time !
Day4(2021/7/22) I felt harder than yesterday. I rested during the workout.
Day5(2021/7/23) It was so hard to complete it all. I think I need to have a couple days to recover my muscle.
Day6(2021/7/26) I skipped 2 days as I felt fatigue. Today I could concentrate more! I think I should eat a little bit more.
Day7(2021/7/28) It was still hard to complete it all. Feel good!
Day8(2021/8/1) I could almost complete this workout after I took 3days off.
