I tried Daisy Keech 8 min Go-To Clinch Waist Workout For 30 days!

Before

Day1(2021/7/18) Burning but its just 8 min!

What I took before the workout and after each training day.

Before the training I took amino VITAL. Which helps me from exhaustion.

After the training I took whey protein.

Day2(2021/7/21) Unfortunately I skipped 2days. But I got back. It is good quick workout

Day3(2021/7/22) I didnt feel like it, but I did it anyway!

Day4(2021/7/26) My body was fatigue for the last couple days. Skipping 3days makes me fell bad… But I could concentrate to the workout today! My belly is burning !

Day5(2021/7/27) It was still hard to complete the exercise. I feel good though.

Day6(2021/7/28) I did it! I feel stronger than yesterday.

Day7(2021/8/1) I felt a little harder than before. I think its because I skipped 3 days.

Day8(2021/8/2) I did it! I feel great!
